Maren Doughty is a Boston-based folk singer-songwriter originally from Northern Michigan, where she grew up on the shores of Lake Superior. Her music feels intimate and raw, reflecting the dynamic natural landscape she was raised on and how the patterns outside mirror one’s inner processes and changes. Maren performs in a variety of musical settings; including solo, a harmonious vocal trio called Stereo Three, and has expanded her shows to include a full band performing around Boston. She’s currently working on her debut EP, a collection of songs focused on self growth that reflect her journey over the last few years.
